Rental Period:
The minimum rental period is six months with unlimited duration. The first six months of rental payments apply toward the purchase of the piano if you choose to buy.

Terms of Payment:
First payment due by delivery date plus cartage charges, two ways. Succeeding rental and tax payments are due one month after delivery and every month thereafter until the piano is returned to Courtney Lannom, Inc. Payments received ten or more days past the due date must include a 10% late charge.

Purchase Option:
If the renter decides to purchase the piano, the first six months of rental payments will be deducted from the purchase price. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price of the piano.

Damage or Loss:
Courtney Lannom, Inc. guarantees that the piano will be delivered tuned and in good working order. Renter acknowledges receiving the piano in good condition. Renter will return the piano to owner in good condition except as noted. If the piano is damaged while in renter's possession, renter will be responsible for the cost of repair, up to the current value of the piano. If the piano is lost while in renter's possession, renter will pay owner its current value.
